Refunds And Warranty

SoothMe Massage Chairs does offer a refund policy and a 12-month warranty on goods unless otherwise stated on the products description. Conditions apply.

You agree that no items are to be returned without first notifying us of the situation.

No credit shall be given unless the products have been verified as being defective or otherwise valid for repair by SoothMe Massage Chairs.

If a refund is approved, refund will be processed and paid via direct deposit to your nominated bank account or credited back to your finance credit account.

Returns: Change of Mind

For products (excluding upholstered and furniture products, clearance and sale products,  products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product) collected and paid for at the time of purchase, in addition to the rights granted by applicable statute (including the Australian Consumer Law), if you change your mind you may return the product within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that the product is returned in its original condition, is in its original unopened and sealed packaging, and is accompanied by proof of purchase (the sales receipt or another acceptable form of proof of purchase).

Except as set out above, SoothMe Massage Chairs shall not accept a cancellation for change of mind by a customer, unless SoothMe Massage Chairs chooses to do so at its absolute discretion.

If SoothMe Massage Chairs does accept such cancellation, the customer will forfeit 20% of the purchase price to reflect any loss that SoothMe Massage Chairs will suffer as consequence of the cancellation. This value will be taken from any monies paid to us. A collection fee may also be charged if required.

Returns: Size Issue

At SoothMe Massage Chairs we try to be as understanding as possible especially when things just don’t fit.

We will offer customers a 7-day store credit to exchange any items that you purchase and need to swap.

We will provide a store credit for the purchase price of the item less any return costs (such as delivery and collection fees incurred by us).

All items returned in this manner need to be in their original packaging and not assembled or part assembled in any form. 

We do reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it is found to be damaged or not able to be returned to our saleable stock.

Returns: Damaged Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We request that all customers check their purchases within 48 hours from purchase.  Any damages to your items must be reported to us immediately where a warranty claim will be made. SoothMe Massage Chairs reserves the right under consumer law to inspect any items as part of warranty claim assessment.

The customer remains responsible for returning the items to our warehouse where it will be inspected.

If in our reasonable opinion, the product has damage due to reasonable wear and tear, misuse, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, we will not issue a refund or claim.
