All of our quality massage chairs come with a three year warranty as standard with the option of extending the warranty to 4 and 5 years at a cost of $250 per year. Please note this must be purchased at point of sale.

If you happen to need something repaired or replaced, simply email us and we will find the best solution to rectify the problem with your chair.

Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. Please complete our online form so we have all the information we need to help you with any issues you have. We will endeavour to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that your Massage Chair is properly packed and there is no damage. Please take photos of your Chair and packing and forward to us. It is advisable that you purchase insurance from your carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return. Please supply us with a tracking number. Once received we will inspect your chair and if everything is satisfactory we will refund your money into your bank account. Please note that our delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
